Following a recent renovation, Villa Vinsantaia is now available for our guests. The villa is built on the ruins of an ancient barn, surrounded by the vineyards of Chianti Classico.
The private pool and spacious garden allow guests of Villa Vinsantaia to enjoy maximum relaxation and total privacy, in an independent setting just 300 meters from our services.

From the Historic Vinsantaia to a Luxury Retreat
Villa Vinsantaia is built on the ruins of an old rural shed that was used as a storage for tools and a stable for the oxen that worked the fields. In recent years, the shed was used by our family as a Vinsantaia, where white grape clusters were hung from the ceiling to dry, to produce Vin Santo.
In 2024, the Vinsantaia was transformed into a beautiful villa with a private pool. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy maximum privacy, far from the stresses of the city. The renovation was carried out in true Tuscan style: travertine floors, chestnut wood window frames, and the typical fireplace make Villa Vinsantaia very welcoming.
The modern kitchen creates a pleasant contrast with the surrounding environment; the state-of-the-art appliances offer our guests the utmost comfort. The large windows make the interiors very bright and open up to views of our vineyards, which turn red at sunset.
Villa Vinsantaia is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to two single beds in a lofted room.
